Brinjal-3
- Turmeric-1 pinch
- Dry red chilli-1
- Garlic-5 flakes (crushed)
- Green chilli-1(slit)
- Oil- 2 to 4 tablespoon
- Water –less than ¼ cup
- Salt to taste

Cut brinjal into 1 ½ inch pieces and wash well.

Cook with, salt, green chilli, turmeric and water.(use regular cooking vessel)

Once the water dries, keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai; add chilli and garlic. Fry until golden brown.
Pour these fried ingredients to the cooked brinjal; mix well.
Best served with plain rice.
