Ripe mango-2
- Sambar powder-1 tablespoon
- Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek-powder - 2 pinch
- Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
- Dry red chilli-2
- Curry leaves- 1 stem
- Oil -1 tablespoon
- Jaggery – 10gm (if required)
- Water -1 cup
- Salt to taste

Cut mango into medium size cubes.

Cook with salt, turmeric, sambar powder and chilli powder along with 1 cup of water.

Do not over cook the mangos, add curry leaves and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan; add mustard and allow to crackle.

Add chilli and fry well; add fenugreek and stir well
-
Once done pour the same into the mango mix.
-
If required, add jaggery to add a touch more of sweetness to the dish.

Best served with plain rice.
