  1. Lady’s Finger-250g

  2. Chilli powder- ¼ teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  4. Fenugreek powder-1 pinch
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mustard Seeds- ¼ teaspoon
  7. Oil –2 tablespoon
  8. Water – 2 tablespoon
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and allow to pop.

  • Later add the lady’s finger. Add all ingredients from chilli powder to salt.

  • Saute for 5 minutes. Spread water evenly.

  • Cover and cook (stir regularly)under low flame for 10 minutes.

  • Best served with plain rice and curry.
