Lady’s Finger-250g
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and allow to pop.
Later add the lady’s finger. Add all ingredients from chilli powder to salt.
Saute for 5 minutes. Spread water evenly.
Cover and cook (stir regularly)under low flame for 10 minutes.
Best served with plain rice and curry.
