Raw banana-1
- Tendli- 6 to 8
- Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
- Chilli powder- ¼ teaspoon
- Pepper powder- ¼ teaspoon
- Cardamom powder-1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
- Oil- 3 tablespoon
- Water- ¼ cup

Cut the raw banana and Tendli in 2 inch long pieces.

Put turmeric in water and soak the raw banana in it for 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard and allow to crackle.

Add the cut vegetables, along with all ingredients from chilli powder to salt.
Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add water; stir well and cook until 1 whistle.
Best served with rice or roti
