  1. Raw banana-1

  2. Tendli- 6 to 8
  3. Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
  4. Chilli powder- ¼ teaspoon
  5. Pepper powder- ¼ teaspoon
  6. Cardamom powder-1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
  9. Oil- 3 tablespoon
  10. Water- ¼ cup
  • Cut the raw banana and Tendli in 2 inch long pieces.

  • Put turmeric in water and soak the raw banana in it for 2-3 minutes.

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard and allow to crackle.

  • Add the cut vegetables, along with all ingredients from chilli powder to salt.

  • Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add water; stir well and cook until 1 whistle.

  • Best served with rice or roti
