- Capsicum –2
- Onion-1
- Green chilli-2 (slit)
- Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
- Chilli powder- ½ tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds powder- ½ teaspoon
- Fenugreek powder-1 pinch
- Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
- Oil-3 tablespoon
- Water- ¼ cup

Peel potatoes and wash. Cut potatoes, capsicum and onion in cubes.

Heat oil in pressure cooker, add mustard and allow to crackle.

Add the cut vegetables, along with all ingredients from coriander powder to salt.

Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add water; stir well and cook until 1 whistle.

Best served with rice or roti.
