  1. Potato-2

  2. Capsicum –2
  3. Onion-1
  4. Green chilli-2 (slit)
  5. Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
  6. Chilli powder- ½ tablespoon
  7. Cumin Seeds powder- ½ teaspoon
  8. Fenugreek powder-1 pinch
  9. Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
  12. Oil-3 tablespoon
  13. Water- ¼ cup
  • Peel potatoes and wash. Cut potatoes, capsicum and onion in cubes.

  • Heat oil in pressure cooker, add mustard and allow to crackle.

  • Add the cut vegetables, along with all ingredients from coriander powder to salt.

  • Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add water; stir well and cook until 1 whistle.

  • Best served with rice or roti.
