  1. Kerala Banana - 3

  2. Fine Flour (Maida) – ½ cup
  3. Sugar – ½ cup
  4. Rice powder – ¼ cup
  5. Water – ¼ cup
  6. Oil –1 cup
  • Cut the banana into 3 inch long pieces.

  • Make maida into a fine batter with sugar and water.

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the banana into the batter one by one, deep-fry until yellow brown.

  • Best served with tea or juice.
