- Onion-1
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder-1 pinch
- Turmeric- ¼ teaspoon
- Chilli powder- ¼ teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds- 1 pinch
- Mustard- ¼ teaspoon
- Water- ¼ cup
- Scraped coconut- 2 to 3 tablespoon
- Oil-1 tablespoon

Peel and wash the potato.

Cook all ingredients from potato to turmeric along with water in a pressure cooker.

Cook until first whistle, later open lid and add coconut.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and allow to crackle.
Pour it evenly over the cooked potato mix.
Best served with plain rice and curry.
