  1. Potato - 3 medium

  2. Onion - 1 large
  3. Tomato - 2 medium
  4. Garlic – 4 to 7 flakes
  5. Dry chili - 2
  6. Curry leaves - few
  7. Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
  9. Chili powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
  10. Vegetable masala powder- ¼ teaspoon
  11. Chat masala - 1 pinch
  12. Oil - 5 desertspoon
  • Wash peel and cut potatoes into cube sizes.

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. Cover and fry under the low heat. Stir as it fries

  • After the potatoes are done; add chopped onions, curry leaves, garlic, broken dry chili and salt

  • Mix well and then add ingredients from 7 to 9 along with the tomatoes.

  • Stir for a few minutes. Cover and cook until the tomatoes become soft

  • Lastly sprinkle vegetable masala powder and chat masala

  • Best serveD with roti
