Potato - 3 medium
- Onion - 1 large
- Tomato - 2 medium
- Garlic – 4 to 7 flakes
- Dry chili - 2
- Curry leaves - few
- Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable masala powder- ¼ teaspoon
- Chat masala - 1 pinch
- Oil - 5 desertspoon

Wash peel and cut potatoes into cube sizes.

Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes. Cover and fry under the low heat. Stir as it fries

After the potatoes are done; add chopped onions, curry leaves, garlic, broken dry chili and salt

Mix well and then add ingredients from 7 to 9 along with the tomatoes.

Stir for a few minutes. Cover and cook until the tomatoes become soft

Lastly sprinkle vegetable masala powder and chat masala
