  1. Chicken – ˝ kg

  2. Chili powder -1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder - ˝ tsp
  4. Onion - 2
  5. Fine Flour – 2 cups
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  • Cook the chicken with chili powder, turmeric powder, ˝ cup water and salt.

  • Mince the chicken once cooked.

  • Sauté the onion until golden brown and mix this with the minced chicken.

  • Make dough with flour, salt & water.

  • Flatten to roti shapes and fill with the chicken mixture.

  • Fold and deep fry in oil.
