Chicken – ˝ kg
- Chili powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ˝ tsp
- Onion - 2
- Fine Flour – 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Cook the chicken with chili powder, turmeric powder, ˝ cup water and salt.

Mince the chicken once cooked.

Sauté the onion until golden brown and mix this with the minced chicken.

Make dough with flour, salt & water.
Flatten to roti shapes and fill with the chicken mixture.
Fold and deep fry in oil.
