  1. 1 Chicken Boneless (Cut into Small Pieces)

  2. 1½ Tbsp Maida
  3. 1 tbsp Corn flour
  4. 1 Egg (Beaten)
  5. Salt to taste
For the Marinade:
  1. 5 tsp Vinegar
  2. 2 cups Chicken Stock
  3. 5 tsp Soya Sauce
  4. 1 tsp Chili Powder
  5. 6 tsp Oil
  6. 2 tsp Chopped Ginger
  7. 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
  8. ½ Tsp Sugar
  9. 10 Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
  10. ½ tsp Pepper Powder
  11. 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  12. 2 tsp Corn flour
  • Marinate Chicken for 1 hour. Later deep fry it in heat oil. Keep aside.

  • Fry ginger, garlic and green chilies separately.

  • Then add all the remaining ingredients except corn flour and let it boil for 2 -3 minutes. Then add the fried chicken.

  • Dilute corn flour in water and add this to the chicken.

  • Let it boil till the consistency is thick.

  • Ready to serve.
