1 Chicken Boneless (Cut into Small Pieces)
- 1½ Tbsp Maida
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- Salt to taste
For the Marinade:
- 5 tsp Vinegar
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 5 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 6 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- ½ Tsp Sugar
- 10 Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
- ½ tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Ajinomoto
- 2 tsp Corn flour

Marinate Chicken for 1 hour. Later deep fry it in heat oil. Keep aside.

Fry ginger, garlic and green chilies separately.

Then add all the remaining ingredients except corn flour and let it boil for 2 -3 minutes. Then add the fried chicken.

Dilute corn flour in water and add this to the chicken.
Let it boil till the consistency is thick.
Ready to serve.
