½ minced Mutton / Chicken / Beef
- 2 Onions (cut fine)
- 2 red Chilies (dried)
- 3 green Chilies (de-seeded)
- 6 Cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoon fresh Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 slices Bread
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup - Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup of Rava (semolina)
- 1 cup of Oil for frying

Mix the meat, onion, chilies, cloves, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper along with 1 cup of water.

Stir and cook in a pan on medium flame till the meat is dry. Later grind the meat fine in a blender.

Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes. Squeeze dry and add to them to the meat along with 1 egg (lightly beaten).

Form the meat into cocktail-type sausage shapes.

Beat the remaining egg and dip each croquette (meat sausage) into the beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan on medium flame and fry the croquettes till golden brown.

Best served as a mid-day or evening snack.
