  1. 1 ˝ kg Chicken

  2. 6 green Chilies
  3. 1 Ginger
  4. 8 Peppers corns
  5. 15 cloves Garlic
  6. 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  7. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. ˝ tsp Garam masala
  9. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  10. 3 tbsp Oil
  11. 2 medium Onions, chopped fine
  12. 3 medium Potatoes (cut in small cubes and deep fried)
  • Grind all ingredients from 3 to 9 in the ingredients table along with the chopped onions (1) and salt.

  • Apply the ground spices to the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the remaining chopped onions.

  • Fry the chicken pieces, turning them over on both the sides till the pieces are well cooked.

  • Best served with deep fried potatoes
