1 ˝ kg Chicken
- 6 green Chilies
- 1 Ginger
- 8 Peppers corns
- 15 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ˝ tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 medium Onions, chopped fine
- 3 medium Potatoes (cut in small cubes and deep fried)

Grind all ingredients from 3 to 9 in the ingredients table along with the chopped onions (1) and salt.

Apply the ground spices to the chicken and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the remaining chopped onions.

Fry the chicken pieces, turning them over on both the sides till the pieces are well cooked.

Best served with deep fried potatoes
