2 cups coriander leaves, tightly packed
- 1 cup fresh grated Coconut
- 4 Green Chilies
- 4 Pepper corns
- 1 medium Onion chopped fine
- ½ inch piece Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 dessertspoon Sugar
- 1 dessertspoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 6 Bread slices
- Butter - as bread spread

Blend all the ingredients in a grinder into thick paste. (add a tablespoon of water if necessary)

Apply butter on one side of the bread and coriander paste on the other and meet the slices.

Cut the borders and cut again to make triangle shapes.

Serve with juices or tea/coffee.
