2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1 cup spring onions finely chopped
- ¼ cup carrots (thin slices)
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chilli garlic sauce
- ¼ Capsicum seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce

Cook rice and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and chilies. Stir fry for a few minutes.

Add the spring onions. Stir fry (but let them not become soft), add the carrots and fry for a couple of minutes. (cook under high flame)

Add the capsicum.
Add soya sauce and chilli garlic sauce; mix well.
Serve hot.
