Soya- 250g
- Onion-2
- Tomato-2 medium
- Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds-1/4 teaspoon
- Pepper powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Mustard-1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water-1 cup
- Coriander leaves- small bunch
- Oil-2 tablespoon

Soak soya for half an hour in water.(Wash well after it soaks)

Heat oil in a pan. Crack Mustard. Add onion and fry until golden brown.

Add tomato, stir well and make a fine paste.

Then add all ingredients from Coriander to Pepper powder. Stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add soya, salt and water; boil until the excess water dries.
Garnish with curry leaves.
