Tendli-250g
- Chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil- 5 to10 tablespoon
- Water-1/4 cup

Wash and smash the Tendli.

Use a pressure cooker to cook the Tendli with chilli powder, turmeric and salt in water.

Heat oil in a pan and then add Tendli.

Fry under a low flame, keep frying until it becomes crispy.

Best served with rice and curry.
