  1. Tendli-250g

  2. Chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric Powder-1/4 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil- 5 to10 tablespoon
  6. Water-1/4 cup
  • Wash and smash the Tendli.

  • Use a pressure cooker to cook the Tendli with chilli powder, turmeric and salt in water.

  • Heat oil in a pan and then add Tendli.

  • Fry under a low flame, keep frying until it becomes crispy.

  • Best served with rice and curry.
