Rava (Semolina / Soji)-1 cup
- Vermicelli-200g
- Ghee-2 tablespoon
- Milk- 300ml
- Sugar -3/4 cup
- Cardamom powder-5 g
- Cashew nuts-50g
- Saffron- a pinch

Fry rava for 10 minutes and keep aside.

Boil milk and add sugar when done. Mix well.

Once the sugar dissolves, add the fried rava to it.

Mix saffron with a little milk and add the same along with cardamom powder to the mixture. Keep on flame for few minutes.
Pour the mixture into a flat dish that has been smeared with ghee.
Garnish with fried cashews.
