  1. Rava (Semolina / Soji)-1 cup

  2. Vermicelli-200g
  3. Ghee-2 tablespoon
  4. Milk- 300ml
  5. Sugar -3/4 cup
  6. Cardamom powder-5 g
  7. Cashew nuts-50g
  8. Saffron- a pinch
  • Fry rava for 10 minutes and keep aside.

  • Boil milk and add sugar when done. Mix well.

  • Once the sugar dissolves, add the fried rava to it.

  • Mix saffron with a little milk and add the same along with cardamom powder to the mixture. Keep on flame for few minutes.

  • Pour the mixture into a flat dish that has been smeared with ghee.

  • Garnish with fried cashews.
