  1. Vermicelli-200g

  2. Ghee-25ml
  3. Milk-1 ½ litre
  4. Sugar -100g
  5. Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
  6. Cashewnuts-100g
  7. Raisins-1 tablespoon
  8. Water- 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • Heat ghee in a kadai and fry vermicelli until golden brown.

  • Add the cashew nut and raisins. Add milk and boil for 5 minutes.

  • Mix sugar and stir well.

  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
